Bag Filling Equipment
We have proven designs and the expertise to customise our range of open mouth bag filling and bulk bag filling equipment to suit different applications.
From our Gross Weigher to Net Weighers and Bulk Bag Filling, we offer tailored solutions to suit the material properties, your budget and the opportunities and limitations of on-site factors.
Gross Weigher
The Gross Weigher will fill a variety of open mouth bags with a pre-determined weight of product. This bagging machine is a simple and effective tool for bagging 10 to 50kg’s product. Mounted directly to a garner bin, the Gross Weigher needs only a power supply and clean dry compressed air. The Gross Weigher will integrate with a range of feed devices.
Net Weighers
Adding separation of the operator from the filling and weighing process, the Dynamic Weighing Net Weigher is a fast, accurate and reliable filling machine capable of delivering preset product weighments into bags at rates up to 20 bags per minute.
Bulk Bag Filling Station
Dynamic Weighing Consulting offers a range of simple, operator controlled, Australian-made Bulk Bag Filler stations to fill Bulk Bags (FIBC).
A Filling Station may have an overhead weighing platform or on-floor design, be trade approved, dust-tight, provide product consolidation and integrate with various feed devices, bag removal methods and operator access structures.

EMC ModWeigh Processors
- Fully digital, with no potentiometers or dip switches,
- Combine low drift with high accuracy – typically better than 0.01%.

Dynamic Weighing Consulting’s CommsMaster App Data Logging Module empowers you to indepenently manage and analyse your operations data. With this app, you can easily monitor weigher performance and make change to weigher and bagging controller operation parameters. The CommsMaster Data Logging module can be used to manage an individual machine or several machines as suit customer requirements.
CommsMaster Remote Dial-in Support
We can dial in and monitor weigher performance and modify controller operational parameters from our office, saving you the cost of site visits.
Operator Training
To support your independent operations, we can deliver operator training tailored to your weighing or bagging system installation. We are only a phone call away if additional support is needed.
