Our principal consultant, Nigel Saul is a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in dynamic (in motion) weighing, bagging equipment and systems. He has inspired and led product development in continuous weighing, weigh batching, bagging and bulk bagging applications.
Nigel is known for his problem solving and technical approach in developing solutions.
Early achievements include a recognised industry leading Gross Weigher followed by Trade Approvals for a highly accurate, heavy duty Belt Weigher and an In-Process Batch Weigher. Later on, through comparing theoretical calculations against actual empirical data, Nigel was integral to creatiing industry leading Weigh Screw Conveyors and Feeders that deliver exceptional performance accuracy, and proven in overcoming production issues for clients.
His expertise also includes many years’ experience designing and building bulk bagging applications, from simple systems to highly automated. Due to his recognised technical knowledge and experience, Nigel has fulfilled roles such as as Bulk Bag Filling expert for a multi-national company, assessing current operations overseas and delivering design advice for new requirements

Dynamic Weighing Consulting holds the intellectual property for the Gross Weigher, Weigh Screw Conveyors and Feeders, Trade Approved Belt Weigher and Trade Approved In-Process Batch Weigher, along with a number of other key designs.
